What will become 'glue' for political forces?
Armenia should become a country with a strong presidential system of government.
"The president must be strong in mind, programs, life experience, and, most importantly, he must be a strong strategist," says New Times Party (NZhK) Leader Aram Karapetyan.
"There are a lot of such people in Armenia, and I am one of them," he said.
Chairman of the National Self-Determination Union (AIM), Paruyr Hayrikyan, welcomes the proposal of switching to the full proportional representation system.
He says discussions over the proportional election system can play the role of "glue" for political forces and urges them to follow this path to the end.
