Parliamentary majority boycotts special session
Armenia's National Assembly was to convene a special session on Nov. 21 but the meeting was canceled due to lack of quorum. MPs of the Country of Law (OEK) and Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) did not attend the sitting as they had announced earlier.
The sitting initiated by the opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK) was expected to address the amendments to the RA Law on the Population's State Register, and the Criminal Code.
