Attorneys boycot court sessions
Today's court hearing in the escape case of three lifers - Ararat Muradkhanyan, Artak Chagharyan and Hovhannes Manukyan has been adjourned till December 13. The next session will be held at Nubarashen prison.
During today's hearing, Attorney Liparit Simonyan left the courtroom, saying the Court was degrading the defendants who were kept behind the bars throughout the session.
During the previous session Judge Vladimir Grigoryan granted the motion of attorneys to remove the defendants' handcuffs during sessions. However, the attorneys are determined to boycott the sessions as long as their defendants are behind bars.
