Latvian FM to visit Armenia
Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs is due to visit Armenia on November 14-16, at the invitation of his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian.
The Latvian official is scheduled to hold meetings with Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and Parliament Vice-Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov. The Foreign Ministers of the two countries will hold talks and give a joint news conference.
Edgars Rinkēvičs is to deliver a speech at the Diplomatic School of Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Also, he will visit the Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide Memorial and lay a wreath at the monument.
