Bako Sahakyan signed
On 13 November President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Ara Vanyan and Seda Vanyan members of Artsakh Public TV and Radio Company's board who were recognized winners of the competitions held for filling the vacant seats.
