Kamo Vardanyan appointed first deputy commander
President of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabagh) Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Major-General Kamo Vardanyan first deputy commander, chief of the staff of the NKR Defense Army. Vardanyan was released from the post of commander of certain military unit of the NKR Defense Army.
By another presidential decree, Colonel Michael Arzoumanyan was appointed commander of a certain military unit, being released from the post of commander of another military unit of the NKR Defense Army.
Bako Sahakyan also signed a decree to appoint Colonel Vachagan Nersisyan commander of a certain military unit of the NKR Defense Army, signing a five-year term contract with him, NKR President's Press Office reports.
