We are lucky enough not to be oligarchs
To become president is not a victory. It is necessary to break the resistance of officials and oligarchs, says Ashot Manucharyan, a member of the Karabakh Commitee.
"What our politicians are busy with is not politics. All ministers should know that their political classes are obsolete today. They should be replaced by younger ones," he said.
The chase against oligarchs is not fully completed as they have been allowed to enter parliament.
"We are lucky enough not to be oligarchs," said Mr Manucharyan.
The Karabakh Committee member does not exclude his nomination at the presidential elections.
"In general, I consider it pointless to hold top positions," he said.
