Notorious balloons ordered by Galust Sahakyan
"That's enough. It is already shameful," chairman of the Republican faction Galust Sahakyan said responding to a question whether the notorious balloons that exploded during the May 4 campaign gathering of the Republican Party had been ordered by Ruben Tadevosyan, Chairman of the party's Organizing Committee.
The chairman of the Republican faction says he could also be found guilty of the blast as ‘it was him who offered to carry balloons during the meeting.'
Asked to name the person who really ordered the balloons, Mr Sahakyan said, "Suppose it was me."
The Republican official could not say when his party would organize the next mass event, with balloons and fireworks coming in the end.
"Soon the campaign will start and everyone will fix on the Republican Party. New balloons will explode and then everyone will calm down," he said.
