Student trade fair to be held in Etchmiadzin
Junior Achievement of Armenia and the Mayor's office of Etchmiadzin will hold a student trade fair in the vicinity of Mayor's office on October 18.
The event is held as part of the USAID funded Entrepreneurial and Civic Activism of Young People of Armenia and is dated to the anniversary of Etchmiadzin and to the 20 years of activities of Junior Achievement of Armenia. Over 30 student business companies from all regions will display their products for sale.
Throughout the academic year, the students have learned the basics of organizing a business company including electing their management personnel, conducting a marketing survey, writing a business plan. The trade fair is the culmination of their educational process wherein they offer their company product to the consumer. The student companies will donate part of the proceeds of the sales to a charitable cause of their choice. The organizers invite everyone to come and encourage the students.
