The Day of Stepanakert
On 13 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook at the festive events dedicated to the Day of Stepanakert.
The Head of State underlined the necessity of celebrating such significant events properly, highlighting its importance from both political and cultural viewpoints.
Head of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirossyan, National Assembly speaker Ashot Ghulyan, prime-minister Ara Haroutunyan, other officials partook at the event.
