Armenian Defense Minister attending sittings in Brussels
Armenia's Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan has met in Brussels with officials of the European Union. The interlocutors discussed regional security issues and the perspectives of implementation of joint Armenia-EU defense programs.
On October 10, Minister Ohanyan is due to participate in the sitting of the Defense Ministers of the countries participating in NATO-led peacekeeping missions in Afghanistan and Kosovo. He will also partake in the discussions organized by the German Defense Minister, featuring the Defense Ministers of countries contributing forces to the Northern Command in Afghanistan, RA Defense Ministry's Press Service reports.
