Oskanian is already in NSS
Vartan Oskanian, Armenia's former foreign minister and an MP of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), received on Monday Wolfgang Börnsen, Chairman of the Germany-South Caucasus parliamentary group of the German Bundestag, and Rainer Morelin, German Ambassador to Armenia.
The interlocutors discussed regional issues, the ongoing talks over the Karabakh peace process and possible developments. The German officials were interested in the political situation in Armenia, especially in the upcoming presidential elections and democracy-related issues.
The guests were also interested in the latest developments connected with Vartan Oskanian. The latter presented his approaches on the charges filed against him and his Civilitas Foundation.
A1+'s journalists reports that Vartan Oskanian is now in the National Security Service where he is believed to be charged with money laundering. Oskanian is accompanied by his Lawyer Tigran Atanesyan.
