"It is a failed policy," this is how MP of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Aram Manukyan describes the country's foreign policy in recent years. He explains: "We have not made new friends, and we have no lack of enemies".

The chairman of the Pan-Armenian National Movement (HHSh) Board recalls that years ago the authorities promised to involve Karabakh in the negotiating process, they promise it today as well. "Then do it! Who prevents you from doing it?"

Mr. Manukyan says that the foreign policy of Armenia is determined single-handedly by those at 26 Baghramian Street. "There is a lot of adventurism there".
In the opinion of Prosperous Armenia party (BKH) MP Ms. Naira Zohrabyan, our foreign policy is fuzzy rather than failed as Armenia gives priority to integration with the European Union and Russia. "Isn't this process that we call "Armenia's integration with Europe" is a sham one?"
As a parliamentary deputy, Ms. Zohrabyan works with various international structures and can easily see shortcoming in the foreign policy. She made no comments on the foreign policy concerning Karabakh. In connection with Ramil Safarov, she noted that the National Assembly of Armenia should have been informed about the Azerbaijani murderer's extraction earlier: "Perhaps we would have raised a hue and cry earlier..."
