Court of Criminal Appeals to hear Civilitas case
Armenia's Court of Criminal Appeals is scheduled to hear at 3:30 the lawsuit filed by former Minister of Foreign Affairs and his Civilitas Foundation.
Oskanian demands that the Court reverse a May 25 decision of the National Security Service in which the NSS opened a criminal case against Civilitas on money laundering charges.
Director of the foundation, Salpi Ghazarian will attend the hearing. After the session she will meet journalists to answer their questions.
