Will ex-governor be tried?
A resident of Artabuynk village applied to the Yeghegnadzor Police Department to report that one of the candidates for the community head had broken into a polling station, seized most of ballot papers and tried to flee.
According to Tsaruk Tadevosyan, the incident took place at around 03:30am.
Candidate Armen Sedrakyan, a member of the "Yerkrapah" Volunteer Union (YKM), was reportedly accompanied by his supporters - Sergey Bagratyan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), former governor of Vayots Dzor marz (province) , and his son, 17-year-old Shant Bagratyan.
