Catholicos Garegin II receives FAR members
His Holiness Karekin II, Surpreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, received on Sunday representatives of the Fund for Armenian Relief (FAR) accompanied by Prelate of the U.S. Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Khazhak Parsamyan.
Welcoming the guests, Karekin II conveyed to them his patriarchal blessings and expressed high appreciation of their efforts and activities in Armenia.
The Armenian Patriarch noted with satisfaction that the Fund for Armenian Relief ranked among the first organizations to make large-scale contributions to Armenia's development and prosperity since the period of independence.
Karekin II called on the guests to continue their efforts, contributing to the development and progress of the Armenian Church, reports the Holy See of St. Echmiadzin.
