Can Serzh Sargsyan's recent speech in the Armenian government somehow influence voters' choice?

"I do not think it will. Our people do not have a short memory," Murad Grigoryan, Coordinator of the Gyumri-based office of the opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK), said in reply to local Asparez Journalists' Club.

"They [Republicans] are trying to somehow realize their slogan "Believe in order to change!" I do not know who believes in whom. Does Serzh Sargsyan believe that the Premier is mired in corruption or Defense and Justice Ministers show criminal indifference? If he believes, there is no one to hinder him or hold his hand back. People know who is responsible for the criminal-oligarchic system. It is Serzh Sargsyan and his predecessor. Hardly can anyone believe that Serzh Sargsyan has changed so quickly," said the HAK representative.
