What should Hungary do?
Armenian National Autonomy of Hungary expresses its regret over the suspension of Armenian-Hungarian diplomatic relations, the organization said in a statement.
"We do not accept any explanations from Hungarian organs of justice, which despite numerous pledges given to the Armenian side, neglected human and moral principles and extradited Azerbaijani murderer Ramil Safarov.
We consider the decision of the Hungarian authorities to be a grave mistake. Moreover, it runs counter to the letter and spirit of the Strasbourg Convention adopted in 1983," the organization said, demanding a fair investigation into the deal between Hungary and Azerbaijan.
The organization also demands fair punishment for all decision-makers irrespective of their posts and political background.
"It is time the world knew that a Christian nation with centuries-old history cannot endure the whims of a savage and brutal country which glorifies a coward murderer," Armenian National Autonomy of Hungary said, urging the international community to recognize the independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
