Political parties to gather in Stepanakert
The first roundtable discussion of Armenian and Karabakh parliamentary forces will be held in Stepanakert, the capital. The event initiated by Armenia's ruling Republican Party (HHK) will focus on the role of political parties in contemporary democratic systems.
The discussion will be attended by representatives of the HHK, Country of Law (OEK), Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), Heritage, Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktutyun, the Democratic Party of Artsakh and Free Homeland Party.
The attendees will discuss the role of political parties, peculiarities of their activities, cooperation between Armenian and Karabakh parties, parties' contribution to democratic reforms and their involvement in the elaboration and implementation of the foreign policy agenda.
