M. Petrosyan: My upbringing will not allow me to beat others
Makar Petrosyan, Director of MAP CJSC, dismisses his participation in the incident that was reported on Sunday in the village of Bambakashat in Armavir marz (province).
"As the director of MAP Company, I am busy with the company's activity and have no time to be engaged in politics. Moreover, my upbringing will not allow me to solve issues by ‘raising a hand' on people," Makar Petrosyan said labeling the press reports as defamation.
Two people were hospitalized following yesterday's scuffle in Bambakashat where people were electing members of the local council. According to press reports, they had been beaten by the son of Republican MP Aleksan Petrosyan, Makar Petrosyan, and his friends ‘for not supporting their candidate.'
