Why did OEK members not receive posts so far?
The process of appointing Members of Country of Law (OEK) party: former spokesman for the Defense Ministry, advisor to Secretary of the National Security Council (NSC) David Karapetyan and Nelson Zuloyan to government posts is being delayed for technical reasons, David Karapetyan told A1+.
"About a month ago the OEK political council made a statement, clearly saying that I and Nelson Zuloyan will be given jobs in the government: the posts of deputy ministers. I think I will start working in the executive body soon, but the country's leadership still has to decide what ministry we will work at", the former spokesman for the Defense Ministry said.
Mr. Karapetyan neither refuted nor confirmed the rumors that he will be appointed Deputy Minister of Education and Science.
"If I am appointed Deputy Minister of Education and Science, this will be congenial to me since I received higher education for ten years in both Armenia and Europe. This sphere is very congenial to me," he said.
