Hungarian flag burned
During the protest organized by Hayazn union, the protesters burned the Hungarian flag outside the Consulate of Hungary.
Prior to that, representatives of Hayazn union declared that "Hungary behaved like a prostitute whom we buy for kopecks". After making such a statement, the protesters threw kopecks at the Hungarian flag and started to chant "For shame!" and sign patriotic songs.
About a hundred protesters gathered outside the Hungarian Consulate. Later they marched to Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs where they staged a protest.
By the way, Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyen on September 1 conferred the rank of Major on the Azerbaijani army Lieutenant Ramil Safarov who had killed an Armenian officer.
