Serzh Sargsyan invites emergency consultation
Serzh Sargsyan today invited a meeting of the RA National Security Council.
The Armenian leader also invited an emergency consultation with the heads of the diplomatic missions of the UN member states and international organizations accredited in Armenia.
The topic of the discussion supposedly was the extradition of Ramil Safarov, who was pardoned by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev earlier today.
