He expressed his readiness to discuss with each of the healthcare executives their opinions about running efficient medical establishments in line with the number of citizens in a marz. At the same time he urged those present to actively participate in resolution of structural, personnel and other problems, as well as to discuss each month together with the Ministry experts the cash flow reports of all medical establishments in marzes, especially as there has been a decline in paid medical services in some marzes.

The minister stated that measures to improve the financing of marzes are underway. State obstetrics and child certificates will be introduced soon. In parallel with that, clear-cut standards of business trips are being developed.

He urged regional healthcare executives to rapidly respond to complains of citizens and to media reports related to the sphere.
