BHK member to be tried tomorrow
On August 30, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan's Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts will begin a bribery trial in the case against Armen Matevosyan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK).
Armen Matevosyan is accused of distributing bribes for his party at polling precinct 4/27. In April-May 2012, Matevosyan personally handed bribe to four citizens of Yerevan, thus preventing the free expression of voters' will and forcing them to vote for the BHK during the May 6 parliamentary elections, Pastinfo reports.
