Armenia has new Deputy Diaspora Minister
By a decree of Armenian Prime Minister, Armen Hayrapetyan has been relieved of his duties as Deputy Minister of Diaspora.
In compliance with Armenian President's decree dated July 18, 2007, Vahe Jilavyan has been appointed Deputy Minister of Diaspora.
Jilavyan was born in Yerevan on January 31, 1975.
He has no party affiliation. He is fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian.
Vahe Jilavyan is married and has two children.
