Open voting held in some communities in NKR
Vitaly Balasanyan, a presidential candidate in the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic, receieved zero votes in the communities of Kashatakh, Hadrut and Nor Shahumyan during the July 19 presidential elections.
Balasanyan has circulated a video showing the voting process in the village of Nor Erkech where members of the election commission violate the Election Code, forcing the locals to vote openly.
The re-elected president of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan received about 100% votes in the aforesaid communities.
