"All the initiatives in relation to that are appreciable. As to how effective the pressure is, that's a different story," said member of the "Vahe Avetyan" social initiative Garegin Chugaszyan in relation to the questionnaire released by the factions of the National Assembly regarding the incident that took place at Harsnakar Restaurant.

Chugaszyan didn't wish to touch upon the content of the questionnaire since he thinks there are two more important things that should be focused on. The first is the fact that advocates are no longer allowed to get acquainted with the process of the preliminary investigation and the second is that no successor of the victim has been identified to this day.

"A month has passed, yet there is still no logic in the lack of a successor of the victim. What kind of attitude is that to the victims' relatives? Advocates aren't allowed to receive detailed information about the case so that they can have the chance to make more correct interpellations."
