First voting figures announced
Based on the statistics provided by the Central Electoral Commission of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, at 12:00 there were 8070 voters (22.03%) in Stepanakert, 3,953 voters (33.95%) in Askeran region, 2,834 voters (32.76%) in Hadrut region, 4,027 voters (30.48%) in Martakert region, 3,906 voters (22.73%) in Martuni region, 670 voters (37.47%) in Shahumyan region, 1,043 voters (28.847%) in Shushi, 1,306 voters (21.52%) in Kashatagh region and 99 voters (86.84%) in Yerevan.
There are three NKR presidential candidates, including Bako Sahakyan, Vitali Balasanyan and Arkadi Soghomonyan.
