Defense Minister receives OSCE Co-Chairs
Armenia's Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan received on Friday OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Robert Bradtke (US), Igor Popov (Russia), Jacques Faure (France), and Personal Representative the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
The parties discussed the settlement process of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
At the request of the OSCE mediators, the Armenian official presented the current situation along the line of contact between Azerbaijani and Karabakh armed forces. They also dwelt on the recent escalation of tension and ceasefire violations and stressed the need for undertaking confidence-building measures.
