Oskanyan to reach European Court
Taxing authorities continue to inspect the Civilitas Foundation established by ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs, Deputy of Prosperous Armenia Party Vardan Oskanyan.
Alongside this, the National Security Service continues the preliminary investigation into the criminal case instigated against Ciivlitas based on the laundering of large amounts of money.
"Our attorney, Artur Grigoryan will go to court with the request to do away with the NSS's decision on the grounds of which the case was instigated," said Director of Civilitas Foundation Salpi Ghazarian.
Artur Grigoryan assures that all won't be lost, even if Civilitas loses the trial.
"If we use up all the measures of legal defense in Armenia and the authorities finish their persecutions, we will appeal to international courts for control."
