Factions demand extraordinary session
Statement of the "We demand punishing all those guilty of what happened at Harsnakar"
"The appeal that the parliamentary factions of four political parties, including the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D), the Armenian National Congress (HAK), Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) and Heritage Party, to organize a meeting with law-enforcement authorities involved in the criminal case in relation to the incident that took place at Harsnakar Restaurant Complex, has been rejected.
This goes to show once again that Armenia's political authorities aren't preparing to ensure the release of the examination of the instigated criminal crime and avoid asking questions aimed at revealing the real image of the incident.
However, the NA factions, in accordance with the RA legislation, can convene an extraordinary NA session to terminate the process of depriving Ruben Hayrapetyan of his deputy mandate.
We, NA deputies call upon taking immediate measures by the procedure provided for by the legislation to convene a special NA session."
