Zannier welcomed peaceful conduct of elections

OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier today welcomed "the peaceful conduct of the May 6 parliamentary elections".

Zannier attached importance to the timely reflection upon the flaws mentioned by the Election Observation Mission of the OSCE/ODIHR "to help improve the process of general confidence" ahead of the upcoming presidential elections next year.

Zannier also attached importance to the improvement of electoral processes.
