Artsakh President receives OSCE mediators
On 11 July, President of the Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan met with the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group (Ambassadors Robert Bradtke of the United States of America, Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, and Jacques Faure of France).
The interlocutors discussed the current phase of the Karabakh peace deal and other regional issues.
Bako Sahakyan cited the destructive policy of Azerbaijan and the distorted format of the talks as the pivotal hindrance in the conflict settlement. In this respect, the Artsakh President urged the OSCE mediators to continue working towards bringing Azerbaijan into a constructive stream and restore the negotiation format.
Acting Foreign Minister Vassily Atajanyan, personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk and other officials were present at the meeting, Artsakh President's Press serviced reports.
