CC in consultations room
The Constitutional Court today reexamined the appeal filed by member of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Nikol Pashinyan, who was running at precinct N 7 in the May 6 parliamentary elections.
Nikol Pashinyan is disputing the results of the elections held under the majoritarian ticket at precinct N 7. He has asked the CC to annul the decision of the Electoral Commission of Precinct N 7 and recognize him as the deputy elected in that precinct.
We mention that non-partisan Samvel Alexanyan, who was supporting the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), was elected deputy in that precinct. The CC is in the consultations room and will announce whether it will uphold Nikol Pashinyan's appeal or not.
