Health Minister condemns
The June 17 incident that took place at Harsnakar Restaurant-Complex could have taken place anywhere, says Minister of Health Derenik Dumanyan.
"I don't think we have to link the phenomenon to the scene of the incident. I simply condemn explaining something to someone by force," mentioned Dumanyan.
Dumanyan assures that the fact that doctors didn't issue a statement condemning the incident has nothing to do with owner of Harsnakar Restaurant-Complex, Deputy of the Republican Party of Armneia (HHK) Ruben Hayrapetyan.
The Minister of Health says the treatment would be the same, if it were average citizens instead of military doctors.
Dumanyan voiced hope that such defective phenomena when a bodyguard places himself above an oligarch would be regulated. As for military doctor Vahe Avetyan's health condition, the minister said he had visited him recently and that it looked as though everything was going along perfectly.
Despite that, the doctors of the Military Hospital's Reanimation Department told "A1+" that Vahe Avetyan was still in extremely critical condition.
Head of the Reanimation Department Hayk Antonyan also informed that Minister of Health Derenik Dumanyan calls every day to help save the doctor's life.
Even though the other two doctors that were brutally beaten, Artak Bayadyan and Garik Soghomonyan, are still at the hospital, they are in relatively good condition.
