Caviar production in Yerevan?
Nearly a month ago, the European Stability Initiative released its report and accused the Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE of gaining European partners by distributing caviar as bribe.
When ArmInfo's representative, one of the Armenian journalists providing coverage of the PACE sitting today, asked for commentary from the head of the Azerbaijani delegation Samad Seidov, the latter replied: "There are thousands of reports like that."
The Armenian journalist went on to ask if the head of the delegation distributed caviar or not.
"Iran and Russia are the largest caviar producers, yet there is almost no caviar producer in Azerbaijan. But there are caviar producers in Yerevan," said the head of the Azerbaijani delegation.
