Cooperation memorandum to be developed
Support A1+!Deputy Head of the Supreme Court of the People's Republic of China Dzyan Bisin today visited the RA Cassation Court.
Greeting the guests, President of the RA Cassation Court Arman Mkrtumyan mentioned that the two countries have established stable and reliable cooperation in the political, economic and cultural realms in the past couple of years and that the cooperation between the courts and the exchange of experience were no exception.
Deputy Head of the Supreme Court of the People's Republic of China Dzyan Bisin expressed gratitude for the warm reception and attached importance to the close collaboration and the exchange of experience between the courts of both countries.
The sides also discussed several legal issues of mutual interest.
At the end, the sides agreed on developing a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Supreme Court of the People's Republic of Armenia and the Cassation Court of the Republic of Armenia, which will be signed during the reciprocal visit of the delegates of the RA Cassation Court to the People's Republic of China.
