Prosecutor General’s Office denies Oskanyan’s appeal
The Deputy Head of the Department for Crimes being Investigated and Cyber Crimes within the National Security Service (NSS) at the RA Prosecutor General's Office, studying the appeal filed by eyewitness Vardan Oskanyan's attorney Tigran Atanesyan, has denied the NSS investigator's decision on instigating a criminal case and approving it as a court proceeding.
The copy of the decision was sent to attorney Tigran Atanesyan on June 25, as speaker of the RA Prosecutor General Sona Truzyan told "A1+".
We remind that Tigran Atanesyan recently filed an appeal to the RA Prosecutor General's Office to dispute the legitimacy of the NSS investigator's actions.
