Armenian Catholicos to pay patriarchal visit to France
His Holiness Karekin II, the Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, will pay a patriarchal visit to the French Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Marseille from June 28 to July 4. He will preside over the events devoted to 80th anniversary of the consecration of the Armenian Church of the Holy Translators.
In Marseille, the Catholicos will also attend the European Congress of the Armenian Church, hold official meetings with municipal authorities, and get together with representatives from France's Armenian diocesan and community organizations, the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin reports.
Karekin II was escorted by Monastic Anania Tsaturian, Priests Khoren Kirakosian and Adam Makarian, and Professor David Muradyan.
