Armenian delegate says her question was wrongly translated
Naira Zohrabyan, a member of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), today asked Albanian Prime Minister, who also chairs the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, whether Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh are likely to start a dialogue during his chairmanship.
The Armenian delegate says her question was probably translated in the wrong way as [Albanian Prime Minister] Sali Berisha said that they shared the opinion of the CoE Committee of Ministers.
"There is not any opinion on the issue," Naira Zohrabyan said in surprise.
