Serzh Sargsyan, Arkady Ghukasyan talk over phone
Serzh Sargsyan today had a telephone conversation with Arkady Ghukasyan, Second President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) and Special Envoy of the President of Armenia. Sargsyan congratulated Ghukasyan on the 55th anniversary of his birthday, wishing him good health and success.
Serzh Sargsyan hailed Arkady Ghukasyan's contribution to the establishment of NKR statehood, strengthening of Armenian-NKR-Diaspora ties and implementation of national programs. He stressed that Mr. Ghukasyan still works with the same devotion for the benefit of his homeland and its people.
