Harsnakar case sent back to the RA Police
By the assignment of the RA Prosecutor General, the decision on sending the criminal case in relation to the incident that caused harm to military doctors at Harsnakar Restaurant to the investigative service of the RA Ministry of Defense has been revoked.
According to information on the website of the RA Prosecutor General's Office, the criminal case has been sent back to the RA Police for further preliminary investigation.
The Chief Criminal Investigation Department of the RA Police in Yerevan has been assigned to conduct preliminary investigation.
Press speaker of the Prosecutor General's Offfice Sona Truzyan told "A1+" that there had been such an assignment since, according to Article 190 of the Criminal Procedure Code, there was no ground for sending the case to the investigative service of the RA Ministry of Defense.
