CC rejects David Matevosyan
The Constitutional Court today rejected Armenian National Congress (HAK) member, deputy candidate at precinct N 38 David Matevosyan's appeal demanding that the elections at his precinct be annulled. One of the explanations for rejecting the appeal was that the proxies hadn't appealed a protest to the Central Electoral Commission. The trial was held through the written procedure, meaning there was no discussion. The session was declared open, after which the CC entered the consultations room.
After stepping out of the room, the CC rejected HAK member David Matevosyan's appeal.
