Heritage Party candidate on BHK
"The Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) is "half-baked"," says former vice-speaker of the National Assembly Karapet Rubinyan, who was included in Heritage Party's proportional list in the recent parliamentary elections.
Rubinyan says he has this impression because even though the BHK declares that it is the opposition, it still has the ministerial portfolio and no matter how much the BHK says sports has nothing to do with politics, the BHK also has chairmen, vice-chairmen and governors within the parliamentary committees.
