“It Won’t Be Destroyed!”
A march called "It Won't Be Demolished" is being held in Yerevan in defense of the last monuments that are at risk of demolition.
The march kicked off at 18:30 from the Afrikyan Home, which is a historical-cultural monument.
The nearly 50 participants will tour the major streets in Yerevan. They will also pass by the AOKS building and the Closed Market.
"The monuments of our city must not be turned into objects for bargain or objects that can be displaced. Let's preserve the last monuments in Yerevan," the participants of the march declare. The participants have photos of old historical-cultural buildings of Yerevan at their disposal.
