“A1+” supports Tigran Khzmalyan
"A1+" is ready to provide the 50,000 drams that Mashtots Park activist, film director Tigran Khzmalyan is liable to pay to the RA Police according to a court ruling of June 12.
Even though the stands at Mashtots Park have been demolished after Serzh Sargsyan told Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan to demolish them, the Administrative Court is condemning environmental activists for their struggle, particularly their attempts to demolish the stands on April 15.
Judge of the Administrative Court Artsrun Mirzoyan today upheld the RA Police's claim, charging Tigran Khzmalyan with not submitting to police officers while the latter were maintaining social order.
""A1+" expresses the willingness to pay the administrative fine to support the environmentalists and members of civil society for defending their land and standing up for their rights," said President of "A1+" Mesrop Movsesyan.
