Court fines Tigran Khzmalyan
The court has announced the verdict for the case of member of the 1st brigade for demolishing the stands at Mashtots Park, member of Sardarapat Movement, film director Tigran Khzmalyan, who was charged with giving police officers commands during the demolition of the stands.
Judge of the Administrative Court Artsruni Mirzoyan upheld the RA Police's claim and fined Tigran Khzmalyan 50,000 drams, and another 3,000 drams in favor of the Republic of Armenia.
Khzmalyan mentioned that the movement doesn't accept this trial, these authorities and that they will consider appealing the verdict.
