Court rejects Zurabyan
The Constitutional Court ruled to leave the decision of Precinct Electoral Commission N 9 in effect. According to the CC, Ruben Sadoyan will remain the deputy elected in this precinct.
We remind that member of the Armenian National Congress (HAK), candidate running in this precinct Levon Zurabyan was appealing the PEC's decision.
In the denial, the Constitutional Court recorded: "The plaintiff didn't provide substantiated evidence that would prove the violations of electoral law at precinct N 9 that could have served as grounds for taking another decision based on the results of the elections."
