Robert Kocharyan is not in Armenia
We have tried to contact Armenia's ex-President Robert Kocharyan to know his opinion on the criminal charges filed against the Civilitas Foundation founded by the country's ex-Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian.
Vartan Oskanian is generally believed to be a loyalist of Kocharyan, and the lawsuit instituted against his foundation can be viewed as an encroachment against the ex-president.
Victor Soghomonyan, a spokesperson for Robert Kocharyan, informed us that the issue has not been discussed with Kocharyan since he is not in the country.
Soghomonyan promised us to tell ex-president's opinion later on.
